At Blatig, we understand that expecting things to go just right doesn't always happen. This policy explains what will be done about the returns and refunds while you're shopping with us.

Returns

Requests for return may arise in case of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect products. For a return, the product must:

  • Hitherto, it must be in its original package and unused.
  • Be reported to us within seven days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is to be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be returnable due to hygiene standards or custom order requests. If any item falls under this category, we will inform you of this before purchasing.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if your request for a refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your bank account only in a reasonable time frame. Refunds shall be provided only where the fault lies with us.

Exchanges

If you request an exchange instead of a refund, please inform us, and we will help you when possible, depending on stock.
